Overview

We offer refunds for eBook purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be granted.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The eBook must not have been downloaded or opened.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Refunds may also be granted for defective files (e.g., corrupted or unreadable formats).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • eBooks that have been downloaded or opened.
  • Gift cards or subscription fees (if applicable).
  • Purchases marked “final sale” during promotions.

Refund Process

  1. Request a Refund: Contact us at support@readspare.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Review: We’ll verify eligibility (e.g., download status, file integrity).
  3. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank/payment account. Processing times vary by provider.
  • If unresolved, contact your payment provider (e.g., credit card company, PayPal).

Sale Items

Only regularly priced eBooks are Non-refundable. Discounted or promotional items marked “final sale” are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace eBooks only if:

  • The file is defective (e.g., formatting errors, corruption).
  • You received an incorrect title.

Gifts

  • If an eBook was gifted to you, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Gift recipients may receive store credit only if the refund is approved.
